不同叶面肥对合苞橐吾生长发育、产量及品质的影响

Effects of Different Foliar Fertilizers on Growth,Yield and Quality of Ligularia schmidtii

摘要: 以合苞橐吾(Ligularia schmidtii)为试验材料,研究不同叶面肥[尿素(CK)、高碳有机叶面肥(T1)、氨基酸叶面肥(T2)、高碳有机叶面肥和氨基酸叶面肥按1∶1混合(T3)]对合苞橐吾生长发育、产量的影响,综合比较与分析确定最优处理,并进行品质指标的测定,以期为建立高产优质的施肥方案提供参考。结果表明,与CK相比,T1和T3处理均可显著提高合苞橐吾的叶长、叶宽及株高;T1、T2、T3处理可显著提高合苞橐吾鲜叶产量,每公顷产量较CK分别提高25.39%、44.86%、59.13%。总体上以T3处理SOD活性、叶绿素含量最高。T3处理合苞橐吾叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、维生素C、类胡萝卜素、维生素B2含量分别较CK提高17.26%、34.04%、28.13%、41.03%、38.98%;矿质元素中钙(Ca)、锰(Mn)、锶(Sr)含量较CK提高36.33%、12.55%、17.48%;15种氨基酸的含量均高于CK,其中天冬氨酸含量最高,其次是谷氨酸、脯氨酸,分别较CK提高12.55%、9.68%、5.26%。综合比较,高碳有机叶面肥和氨基酸叶面肥按1∶1混合喷施促进合苞橐吾生长、提高鲜叶产量的效果最佳,且能提高合苞橐吾品质。

Abstract: With Ligularia schmidtii as experimental material,the effects of different foliar fertilizers[urea(CK),high‑carbon organic foliar fertilizer(T1),amino acid foliar fertilizer(T2),mixed fertilization of high‑carbon organic foliar fertilizer and amino acid foliar fertilizer with ratio of 1:1(T3)]on the growth and yield of Ligularia schmidtii,were comprehensively compared and analyzed to determine the optimal treatment,and the quality indexes of the optimal treatment were determined,so as to provide theoretical reference for the establishment of fertilization program for high yield and quality. The results showed that compared with CK,T1 and T3 treatments could significantly increase the leaf length,leaf width and plant height of Ligularia schmidtii;T1,T2,and T3 treatments significantly increase the yield of fresh leaves of Ligularia schmidtii by 25.39%,44.86% and 59.13% respectively. In general,T3 treatment had the highest SOD activity and chlorophyll content. The contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,vitamin C, carotenoids and vitamin B2 in leaves of T3 treatment increased by 17. 26%,34.04%,28.13%,41.03% and 38.98% respectively compared with CK;the contents of calcium(Ca),manganese(Mn) and strontium(Sr)increased by 36.33%,12.55% and 17.48% compared with CK;the contents of 15 kinds of amino acids of T3 treatment were higher than those of CK,of which aspartic acid content was the highest,followed by glutamic acid and proline,which increased by 12.55%,9.68% and 5.26% respectively compared with CK. By comprehensive comparison,mixed fertilization of high‑carbon organic foliar fertilizer and amino acid foliar fertilizer with ratio of 1∶1 could promote the growth of Ligularia schmidtii,increase the yield of fresh leaves,and improve the quality of Ligularia schmidtii.
