4 个栽培因子组合对大棚西瓜—辣椒间作体系农艺性状、果实性状及产量的影响

摘要： 为探索大棚条件下西瓜—辣椒间作最佳栽培因子组合，采用4因素4水平正交试验设计，研究西瓜种植密度（畦长A₁—A₄：2.0、2.5、3.0、3.5 m）、辣椒品种（B₁—B₄：凤绿5号、凤绿2号、凤紫运1号和羊角椒1110）、追肥量（C₁—C₄：375、525、675、825 kg/hm²）、辣椒种植密度（行数D₁—D₄：1、2、3、4行）对主要农艺性状、果实性状和产量的影响。结果表明，4个栽培因子对西瓜和辣椒总产量的影响大小依次为辣椒种植密度、辣椒品种、西瓜种植密度、追肥量。各因子适宜水平为西瓜种植畦长2.0~2.5 m、辣椒品种凤绿2号或羊角椒1110、追肥量825 kg/hm2、辣椒种植2~4行。A₁B₄C₄D₄、A₂B₂C₄D₃、A₁B₂C₂D₂和A₄B₂C₁D₄组合较好，总产量（西瓜+辣椒）为37 745.15~53 429.01 kg/hm²，其中，最优组合为组合A₁B₄C₄D₄，即西瓜种植畦长为2.0 m，搭配辣椒种植4行，辣椒品种选用羊角椒1110，追肥量825 kg/hm²。

Abstract: To search for the best combination of cultivation factors for the intercropping of watermelon and pepper in greenhouses，the orthogonal design method of four factors and four levels was employed to study the comprehensive effects of watermelon planting density（border length A₁—A₄：2. 0，2. 5，3. 0，3. 5 m），pepper variety（B₁—B₄：Fenglü 5，Fenglü 2，Fengziyun 1，Yangjiaojiao 1110），topdressing amount（C₁—C₄：375，525，675，825 kg/ha），pepper planting density（row number D₁—D₄：1，2，3，4）on main agronomic traits，such as plant height，plant width of watermelon and pepper，and yields. The results showed that the greatest impact factor on total yield of watermelon and pepper was pepper planting density，followed by pepper variety，watermelon planting density and fertilizer amount.The appropriate level of each factor was watermelon planting（border length）of 2.0—2.5 m，pepper varieties of Fenglü 2 or Yangjiaojiao 1110，topdressing amount of 825 kg/ha，and pepper planting（number of rows）of 2—4 rows.The combinations of A₁B₄C₄D₄，A₂B₂C₄D₃，A₁B₂C₂D₂ and A₄B₂C₁D₄were better，and the total yield was 37 745.15—53 429.01 kg/ha.Among them，the optimal combination selected in this study is combination A₁B₄C₄D₄，i.e.watermelon planting border length of 2.0 m，pepper planting of 4 rows，the pepper variety of Yangjiaojiao 1110，and the topdressing amount of 825 kg/ha.
