摘要: 山药原产于中国,是药食同源中药材之一。在长期栽培过程中,山药种群内积累的丰富遗传变异对种质资源鉴评及育种研究至关重要。综述了山药基于形态学、细胞学、分子标记及品质性状的种质资源遗传多样性研究进展,整理了山药育种方法和新品种选育成效,对山药种质资源鉴评和育种方法进行了展望,为提高山药种质资源的开发利用效率及加快新品种选育研究提供参考依据。
