Abstract: Wheat is a crucial cereal crop,and the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system provides a powerful tool for wheat breeding. The principle of the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system was elaborated,its applications in enhancing wheat yield related traits,improving grain quality,increasing stress resistance(biotic and abiotic stresses),and accelerating the breeding process were reviewed,and the current challenges and future prospects were explored,providing a theoretical foundation for molecular breeding of wheat.

摘要: 小麦是重要的粮食作物,CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑系统为小麦育种提供了有力的工具。系统阐述了CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑系统的原理及其在小麦产量性状改良、品质改良、抗逆性(生物胁迫和非生物胁迫)提升、育种进程加速中的应用研究进展,并探讨了面临的挑战和未来发展前景,为小麦分子育种提供理论依据。
