Effects of Delayed Harvest on Nutrient Accumulation of Bearing Base Shoot in Shine Muscat Grape

延迟采收对阳光玫瑰葡萄结果母枝营养积累的影响

Abstract: In order to use fruit delayed harvest technology better,the nutrient accumulation of bearing base shoots and the inflorescence rates were compared among treatments of different yield load of cluster hanging and no cluster hanging. 10⁃year⁃old Shine Muscat grapevines were used as materials.During the maturity period,the clusters were pruned by leaving one cluster per one(F1),one point five(F2),two(F3),three(F4),and four(F5)shoots.All clusters were cut off as the control(CK).After 64 days of fruit maturity,all the other clusters were cut off. Results showed that the contents of malondialdehyde and starch increased gradually,the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and 17 amino acids first increased and then decreased with the yield load level decreasing. F3⁃CK had the highest soluble sugar content(18.98 mg/g)in bearing base shoot,while F5⁃CK showed the highest total potassium content(2.39%).The contents of soluble sugar and total phosphorus,as well as inflorescence rate and double inflorescence rate were lower in the cluster hanging treatments than those in the no cluster hanging treatments on the same tree. Compared with CK,delayed harvest reduced the double inflorescence rate in the second year significantly. The double inflorescence rate of F3 decreased by 76.3% compared with the control.The treatments of F3,F4 and F5 did not affect or promote the accumulation of soluble sugar,starch,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium in the bearing base shoot and the inflorescence rate in the second year. However,the treatments of F1,F2 and F3 promoted the accumulation of the most amino acids in the bearing base shoot. Therefore,it should be pruned by retaining one cluster per two or more shoots,with a yield of 17.09 t/ha or less,when delayed harvest was implemented in Shine Muscat grape to ensure enough nutrient accumulation and inflorescence rate.

摘要: 为了更好地使用果实延迟采收技术,以10年生阳光玫瑰葡萄植株为材料,于成熟期按照每1个(F1)、1.5个(F2)、2个(F3)、3个(F4)、4个(F5)新梢留1串果穗的方法修剪,以剪掉所有果穗为对照(CK),果实成熟后64 d剪去其他所有果穗,比较冬季修剪时各处理挂果与不挂果的结果母枝中营养积累与第2年萌发新梢的花序情况。结果表明,随着挂果量的减少,结果母枝中的丙二醛和淀粉含量逐渐增加,全氮、全磷与17种氨基酸含量总和先增加后减少。F3-CK的结果母枝可溶性糖含量最高,F5-CK的结果母枝全钾含量最高,分别为18.98 mg/g和2.39%。同株树上挂果的结果母枝可溶性糖和全磷含量与第2年萌发新梢有花率和双花率均低于不挂果处理。与对照相比,延迟采收会显著降低第2年结果母枝上萌发新梢双花率,其中,F3的双花率降低了76.3%,每2个及以上新梢留1串果穗的处理不会影响或者会促进延迟采收阳光玫瑰葡萄结果母枝可溶性糖、淀粉、全氮、全磷和全钾的积累及第2年新梢有花率,而2个及以下新梢留1串果穗的处理则会增加结果母枝大多数氨基酸的积累。因此,为了不影响结果母枝中营养积累和第2年花序数量,阳光玫瑰葡萄延迟采收应在成熟期按照每2个或以上新梢留1串果穗的方法修剪,即保留产量为17.09 t/hm2或以下。
