Abstract: This study identified the WOX family genes of Salvia miltiorrhiza（SmWOX）through genomic data，and analyzed their protein physicochemical properties，phylogenetic relationships，structure，gene tissue expression patterns，and response to salt stress.The results showed that 9 SmWOX family proteins had different physicochemical properties such as amino acid sequence length，molecular weight，and isoelectric point，and were all located in the nucleus.The results of systematic evolutionary analysis showed that SmWOX family members were divided into three groups：ancient，intermediate，and WUS，and had direct homologous relationships with some Arabidopsis WOX proteins. Structure analysis revealed the differences among members of different Salvia miltiorrhiza WOX subfamilies，which had different expression patterns in different tissues，suggesting that they may exercise different functions in growth and development. The analysis of cis‐acting elements showed that the SmWOX genes had regulatory effects on stress，hormone response，and growth and development.In addition，there were interactions between SmWOX8 protein and other proteins. Under salt stress，the expression level of SmWOX genes changed significantly，especially SmWOX8，which had the highest expression level under high salt stress，suggesting that it may play an important role in salt stress resistance of Salvia miltiorrhiza.The results of transgenic Arabidopsis experiments confirmed that SmWOX8 could improve salt tolerance of Salvia miltiorrhiza.

摘要： 通过基因组数据鉴定丹参WOX（SmWOX）家族基因，并分析其蛋白质的理化性质、系统进化关系、结构及基因的组织表达模式、盐胁迫下的响应情况。结果表明，9个SmWOX家族蛋白具有不同的氨基酸序列长度、分子质量、等电点等理化性质，且均定位于细胞核。系统进化分析结果显示，SmWOX家族成员分为远古、中间和WUS 3个类群，与部分拟南芥WOX蛋白存在直系同源关系。结构分析揭示了不同丹参WOX亚家族成员间的差异性，它们在不同组织中具有不同的表达模式，暗示其在生长发育中可能行使不同的功能。顺式作用元件分析结果表明，SmWOX基因在逆境胁迫、激素响应和生长发育等方面具有调控作用。此外，酵母双杂交试验证实了SmWOX8蛋白与其他蛋白质之间存在相互作用。盐胁迫下，SmWOX 基因表达量变化明显，尤其是SmWOX8在高盐胁迫下表达量最高，暗示其在丹参抗盐胁迫中可能发挥重要作用，转基因拟南芥试验结果证实了SmWOX8能提高丹参的耐盐性。
