投喂频率对乌苏里拟鲿幼鱼生长特性、消化酶活性和肌肉营养成分的影响

Effects of Feeding Frequency on Growth Characteristics,Digestive Enzymes Activities and Muscle Nutrient Composition of Juvenile Pseudobagrus ussuriensis

摘要: 研究投喂频率[每天投喂1(F1)、2(F2)、3(F3)、4(F4)次]对乌苏里拟鲿幼鱼的生长特性、肠道消化酶(脂肪酶、α-淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶)活性、肝脏转氨酶(谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶)活性、肌肉营养成分的影响,确定最佳投喂频率,以提高乌苏里拟鲿幼鱼的饲料利用率和营养品质。结果表明,F2组乌苏里拟鲿幼鱼末体质量、体质量特定生长率、相对增质量率、体质量日增加量和体长特定生长率均显著高于F1、F3组。F1组肠道脂肪酶活性显著高于其他试验组;F2组肠道胰蛋白酶活性最高,且显著高于F3、F4组。投喂频率对肝脏组织的谷草转氨酶活性无显著影响,F1组谷丙转氨酶活性显著高于其他试验组。F2、F4组粗蛋白含量显著高于F1、F3组;F4组粗脂肪含量最低,显著低于其他试验组。总氨基酸含量组间差异显著,表现为F1>F3>F2>F4。综上,建议投喂频率为2次/d,更有利于乌苏里拟鲿的生长。

Abstract: The effects of feeding frequency[1(F1),2(F2),3(F3)and 4(F4)times per day]on growth characteristics,intestinal digestive enzyme(lipase,α⁃amylase,trypsin)activity,liver aminotransferase(aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase)activity and muscle nutrient composition of juvenile Pseudobagrus ussuriensis were studied,so as to determine the optimal feeding frequency and improve the feed utilization and nutritional quality of juvenile Pseudobagrus ussuriensis.The results showed that the final body weight,specific growth rate of body weight,relative increase rate of body weight,daily increase of body weight and specific growth rate of body length of Pseudobagrus ussuriensis of F2 group were significantly higher than those of F1 and F3 groups. The activity of intestinal lipase of F1 group was significantly higher than that of other groups.The intestinal trypsin activity of F2 group was the highest,and significantly higher than that of F3 and F4 groups. The feeding frequency had no significant influence on the activity of aspartate aminotransferase in liver tissue,and the activity of alanine aminotransferase of F1 group was significantly higher than that of other experimental groups.The crude protein contents of F2 and F4 groups were significantly higher than those of F1 and F3 groups.The crude lipid content of F4 group was the lowest,which was significantly lower than that of other experimental groups. There was significant difference in total amino acid content among different groups,the order was F1>F3>F2>F4. In conclusion,it is suggested that the feeding frequency should be 2 times per day,which is more conducive to the growth of Pseudobagrus ussuriensis.
