外源NO对镉胁迫下生菜种子萌发、幼苗生长及抗氧化特性的影响

Effects of Exogenous Nitric Oxide on Seed Germination,Seedling Growth and Antioxidant Characteristics of Lettuce under Cadmium Stress

摘要: 为探索外源NO对镉(Cd)胁迫下生菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的缓解效应,研究不同浓度(100、150、200、250 μmol/L)外源SNP(硝普钠,NO供体)对100 μmol/L Cd胁迫下生菜种子萌发、幼苗生长及抗氧化特性的影响。结果表明,外源NO对Cd胁迫下生菜种子发芽率和发芽势无显著影响,但总体上可显著提高生菜幼苗生长、叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,显著降低丙二醛(MDA)含量。在Cd胁迫下添加250 μmol/L SNP处理效果最好,POD、CAT、SOD活性及叶绿素含量分别显著提高85.00%、81.20%、63.27%、155.63%。综上可知,外源NO可缓解Cd胁迫对生菜的伤害,以250 μmol/L SNP处理效果最好。

Abstract: In order to explore the mitigation effects of exogenous NO on seed germination and seedling growth of lettuce under cadmium(Cd)stress,the effects of exogenous sodium nitroprusside(SNP,NO donor)with different concentrations(100,150,200,250 μmol/L)on seed germination,seedling growth and antioxidant properties of lettuce under 100 μmol/L Cd stress were studied. The results showed that exogenous NO had no significant effect on lettuce seed germination rate and germination potential under Cd stress,but generally significantly improved lettuce seedling growth,chlorophyll content and activities of peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),and significantly decreased malondialdehyde(MDA)content. The treatment with 250 μmol/L SNP had the best effect under Cd stress,and POD,CAT,SOD activities and chlorophyll content significantly increased by 85.00%,81.20%,63.27% and 155.63% respectively. Overall,exogenous NO could mitigate the damage of lettuce caused by Cd,and 250 μmol/L SNP had the best effect.
