转抗病基因棉花荒地生存竞争能力研究

Abstract

摘要： 研究了转抗病基因棉花及其常规未转基因棉花（受体）在野外自然条件下的生存能力,探讨其成为杂草的可能性,为转抗病基因棉花的生态安全性评价奠定试验基础。结果表明,转抗病基因棉花在与杂草的竞争中处于弱势;转抗病基因棉花与受体棉花除长势外,在与杂草的竞争中均无优势;转抗病基因棉花在荒地自然条件下,无论是种子,还是植株残体（根或植株片段）均不能安全越冬,不会成为杂草。
