土壤调理剂、有机肥对豫东黄潮土区马铃薯产量和品质的影响

Effect of Application of Soil Conditioner and Organic Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Potatoes in Yellow-Tide Soil Region of Eastern Henan

摘要: 采用田间试验,研究施用土壤调理剂、有机肥[常规施肥(T1,对照),常规施肥+45 kg/hm2土壤调理剂(T2),常规施肥+18 000 kg/hm2有机肥(T3),常规施肥+18 000 kg/hm2有机肥+45 kg/hm2土壤调理剂(T4),常规施肥+22 500 kg/hm2有机肥(T5)]对土壤理化性质、马铃薯农艺性状、产量及品质的影响,以期为豫东黄潮土区马铃薯生产提供技术支持。结果表明,与T1处理相比,施用土壤调理剂、有机肥可改善土壤理化性质,促进马铃薯生长发育,提高马铃薯产量,改善马铃薯品质。其中,土壤调理剂与有机肥配施的T4处理效果最好,与T1处理相比,该处理土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量分别显著提高37.44%、10.51%、18.99%、19.81%,马铃薯株高、茎粗、分枝数分别显著提高29.48%、33.62%、30.90%,大薯率显著增加43.08%,产量极显著提高31.98%,马铃薯淀粉、粗蛋白、还原糖、维生素C(Vc)含量分别显著提高43.98%、27.61%、49.59%、31.20%。综合考虑,土壤调理剂与有机肥配施(T4)改良土壤、提高马铃薯产量和品质的效果最好。

Abstract: The field experiment was conducted,and the effects of the different fertilization treatments(T1:conventional fertilization, control;T2:conventional fertilization+45 kg/ha soil conditioner; T3:conventional fertilization+ 18 000 kg/ha organic fertilizer;T4:conventional fertilization+18 000 kg/ha organic fertilizer+45 kg/ha soil conditioner;T5:conventional fertilization+22 500 kg/ha organic fertilizer)on soil physical and chemical properties,potato agronomic traits,yield and quality were studied,so as to provide theoretical basis for potato production in the yellow-tide soil region of eastern Henan.The results showed that compared with the control,application of soil conditioner and organic fertilizer could improve soil physical and chemical properties,potato growth and development,yield and quality.Among them,the application effect of T4 treatment was the most significant.Compared with control,the organic matter,alkali-decomposed nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium contents of T4 treatment increased by 37.44%,10.51%,18.99% and 19.81% respectively; the plant height,stem diameter and branch number of T4 treatment increased by 29.48%,33.62% and 30.90% respectively; the ratio of big potatoes of T4 treatment increased by 43.08%,and yield increased by 31.98% significantly; the starch,crude protein, reducing sugar and vitrinin C(Vc) contents of T4 treatment increased by 43.98%,27.61%,49.59% and 31.20% respectively. Comprehensive consideration, T4 treatment(conventional fertilization+18 000 kg/ha organic fertilizer+45 kg/ha soil conditioner)was the best for increasing potato yield,improving quality and soil.
