摘要: 通过组织培养的方法诱导蝴蝶兰花梗上的腋芽萌发,可以得到无菌的蝴蝶兰不定芽。以不定芽上的幼叶为外植体,建立蝴蝶兰的无菌培养体系。结果表明:诱导腋芽萌发的培养基为MS+5mg/L6-BA;利用幼叶进行原球茎诱导的最佳培养基为MS+5mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA+0.1g/L活性炭(AC)+150mL/L椰汁(CM);原球茎增殖的培养基为3g/L花宝一号(HyponexNo.1)+5mg/L6-BA+1mg/LNAA+150mL/LCM;生根培养基为3g/LHyponex No.1+0.1mg/L6-
