摘要： Natural germplasmresources are the material basis and precondition for living and development of humankind.It is alsothei mportant material for biology research.Inthe current paper,the practice and problems of collection,conservation,intellectual property protection and utilization of natural germplasm resources in Henan province were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were suggested.
