Effects of Soybean Peptide on Production Performance,Immune Organ Index and Blood Biochemical Index of Brooding Chicken

大豆肽对育雏鸡生产性能、免疫器官指数和血液生化指标的影响

Abstract: In order to explore the effect of soybean peptide on brooding chicken,in the experiment,three hundred and sixty 1-day-old healthy chickens were randomly divided into four groups and each group with three repeats,every repeats with 30 chickens. Chickens in control group were fed with basal diet,and those in experimental B,C,D groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.4%,0.8%,1.2% soybean peptide.And the growth performance,immune function and blood biochemical indexes of different treatments were determined.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that adding soybean peptide could improve the daily weight of brooding chicken,and decrease the ratio of feed to meat.The average weights of group B and group C were higher,of which 42 days’ weights respectively were up to 350.95 g and 349.95 g,and were significantly higher than that were group A.The ratio of feed to meat of group C was the lowest(2.48),which was significantly lower than that group A.Adding soybean peptide could improve the immune organs index of brooding chicken. Addition of soybean peptide showed a trend of increasing blood Ca content,decreasing total cholesterol content and increasing alkaline phosphatase,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase activity of brooding chicken.The optimum addition amount of soybean peptide was 0.8%.

摘要: 为探讨饲粮添加大豆肽对育雏鸡的饲养效果,选择360只1日龄健康湘黄鸡,随机分为A、B、C、D等4个处理,每处理3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,对照组(A组)饲喂基础日粮,试验B、C、D组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.4%、0.8%、1.2%大豆肽的试验饲粮,测定不同处理雏鸡的生产性能、免疫性能和血液生化指标,试验期42 d。结果表明,添加大豆肽可以提高育雏鸡的日增质量、降低料肉比,其中B组和C组效果较佳。试验结束时,B组、C组平均体质量分别为350.95、349.95 g,显著高于对照组;料肉比C组最低,为2.48,显著低于对照组。添加大豆肽可以提高育雏鸡的免疫器官指数;添加大豆肽有提高育雏鸡血清钙含量、降低总胆固醇含量,提高血清碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性的趋势。综上,大豆肽的适宜添加量为0.8%。
