投产茶园非生产季节套种榆黄菇的效应研究

Effect of Interplanting Pleurotus citrinopileatus in the Tea Garden Put into Production during Non-Production Season

摘要: 针对茶树及食用菌栽培模式单一、附加值低的问题,2017年9月—2018年4月、2018年9月—2019年4月连续2 a以茶园非生产季节套种榆黄菇为研究对象,开展茶园套种、不套种榆黄菇的田间对比试验,并比较茶园套种榆黄菇与大棚培植榆黄菇的产量和品质。结果表明,与套种前相比,茶园套种榆黄菇可使土壤有机质、铵态氮、速效钾含量分别极显著提高10.65%、23.78%、4.31%。与不套种相比,茶园套种榆黄菇处理第2年的茶发芽密度极显著增加144.6个/m2,增幅达16.36%;茶叶水浸出物、氨基酸、可溶性糖含量分别极显著增加2.65、0.49、0.52个百分点,茶多酚、花青素含量分别显著增加1.04、0.13个百分点。2017、2018年茶园套种榆黄菇的鲜菇产量与大棚栽植差异不显著,但总氨基酸含量比大棚栽植榆黄菇分别极显著提高1.91、3.72个百分点。茶园套种榆黄菇较不套种平均可增加2.45万元/hm2净收益。可见,投产茶园非生产季节套种榆黄菇能改善茶园土壤肥力,提高茶叶产量,增加茶园附加值,提高榆黄菇的品质。

Abstract: Aiming at the single cultivation mode and low added value of tea tree and edible fungi,in September 2017—April 2018,September 2018—April 2019,with two continuous years,the research took interplanting Pleurotus citrinopileatus in the tea garden during non-production season as the subject and carried out field comparison experiments of interplanting and non-interplanting of Pleurotus citrinopileatus in the tea garden,and compared the yield and quality of Pleurotus citrinopileatus in tea garden and in greenhouse.The result showed that,compared to before interplanting,interplanting Pleurotus citrinopileatus in the tea garden could significantly increase soil organic matter,ammonium nitrogen,and available potassium contents by 10.65%,23.78%,and 4.31%.The tea germination density increased significantly by 144.6 buds/m2,with an increase of 16.36%.The contents of tea water extracts,amino acids,and soluble sugars increased significantly by 2.65,0.49,and 0.52 percentage points respectively.The contents of tea polyphenols and anthocyanins increased significantly by 1.04,0.13 percentage points.In 2017 and 2018,there was no significant difference between the yields of fresh mushrooms grown in the tea garden and in the greenhouse,but the total amino acid content was significantly increased by 1.91,3.72 percentage points compared with that cultivated in the greenhouse.Pleurotus citrinopileatus could gain an average of 24 500 Yuan/ha net income more than that when it was not interplanted.Interplanting Pleurotus citrinopileatus in the tea garden put into production during non-production season can improve soil fertility in the tea garden,increase tea production and added value of the tea garden,and improve the quality of Pleurotus citrinopileatus.
